This Week on Musicians Radio
Home is where the hard drive is...

So much easier doing a radio show when you have the things you need. Touring can be great - new cities, fun crowds, playing music you like...  Taking your daughter to basketball practice can be even more rewarding... glad to be home.

This week on Musicians Radio...

Say good-bye to all those great banjo player jokes like...  "What's the difference between a banjo and an onion?"  Or... "Things you never hear people say at a recording studio" etc...  Meet Allison Brown.  Banjo player?  Yes.  Harvard graduate?  Si,  MBA?  You betcha!  Record company entrepreneur... You get the idea.

We'll follow her path from growing up in California, and playing at Magic Mountain, bluegrass festivals and Harvard when she goes On The Record with our own Allison Moorer.

Then I'll meet and go Between The Lines with Nashville singer / songwriter / guitar player Pat Mclaughlin.  We'll discuss his latest solo record "Horsefly" and find out what it's like to play with John Prine and Johnny Cash.

Who's this handsome devil in the Roland banner over here on the right?  Why, that's Dave Navarro!  Guitar player and bodishattva currently at the tenth ground and one easy step away from "enlightenment."  Clicking on Dave's belly will help him reach "Nirvana" and bring good luck to you and your ancestors.  Really... go on, do it!

Also - check out American Songwriter Magazine.  They dig us, we dig them.  It's that simple.

As you know our new time is 5 PM pacific 8 PM eastern on XM satellite radio.  The channel is 133 XMPR.  Also, you know you can find and subscribe to our podcasts at iTunes.
